Mom's Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
Mom'S Chicken And Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 lb.) chicken, cooked, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 can mushroom soup, 1/4 c. melted butter and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Remove skin and bones from chicken.
Combine soup, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and water chestnuts in mixing bowl.
Place a layer of chicken, broccoli and half of the soup mixture in a large casserole.
Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Sprinkle slivered almonds on top.
Bake in preheated oven at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. Serve over rice.
