Mom's Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
Mom'S Chicken And Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 lb.) chicken, cooked, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 can mushroom soup, 1/4 c. melted butter and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Remove skin and bones from chicken.
Combine soup, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and water chestnuts in mixing bowl.
Place a layer of chicken, broccoli and half of the soup mixture in a large casserole.
Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Sprinkle slivered almonds on top.
Bake in preheated oven at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. Serve over rice.
