Mom's Cheese Roll
Mom'S Cheese Roll is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pkg. velveeta, 1 can diced ortega chilies, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 can ripe olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Let Velveeta soften.
Put between pieces of wax paper and roll into rectangle with rolling pin about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread with softened cream cheese.
Sprinkle chopped olives and chilies over top.
Roll like jelly roll from long edge.
Cut in half, wrap in wax paper, then foil and chill before serving or freeze for later use.
Serve with crackers.
