Mom's Apple Crisp
Mom'S Apple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 large tart apples, 8 graham cracker squares, finely chopped, 3/4 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. oatmeal and 1/2 flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In a 13 x 9-inch pan, coarsely chop apples (large bite size).
Stir together remaining ingredients, except butter.
Add butter to dry ingredients and use potato masher to mix well.
Mixture will be coarse.
Spoon over apples and microwave for 12 to 15 minutes until apples are tender or bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
