Molly Cheese Sauce
Molly Cheese Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. light cream cheese, softened, 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1 c. skim milk, divided, 4 tbsp. molly mcbutter all natural cheese flavor sprinkles and dash of paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In blender bowl, combine cream cheese, flour, 1/2 cup milk, Molly McButter, paprika and pepper.
Blend on medium speed 2 minutes until smooth.
Add remaining milk.
Blend to mix.
Pour into a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat; continue cooking and stirring 2 minutes until thickened.
Makes 1 cup (8 ounces).
Use as a vegetable dip or serve hot over broccoli, cauliflower or macaroni.
