Molded Waldorf Salad
Molded Waldorf Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. cold water, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/4 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
In separate bowl, slowly stir cold water and lemon juice into mayonnaise and sour cream. Combine mixtures.
Chill about 2 to 3 hours or until thick.
Stir in apples, celery and walnuts.
Line 4-cup mold with mayo.
Turn Jell-O mixture into mold.
Cover tightly.
Chill overnight.
