Molded Shrimp Dip
Molded Shrimp Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 2 (4 oz.) cans small shrimp, rinsed, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1 can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt the cheese into soup over low heat, stirring well. Remove and stir in the celery, onions and horseradish.
Mix the gelatin into a little cold water and stir into the tomato mixture. Mix in the sour cream and mayonnaise.
Fold in the shrimp.
Pour into a mold sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
Chill for a few hours; serve with crackers.
