Molded Salad
Molded Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 2 c. cold water and 24 oz. carton (3 c.) small curd cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a very large bowl, dissolve gelatin in water (hot).
Stir in cold water.
Chill until thickened but not set (45 minutes). Add mayonnaise and blend well.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into a 12-cup mold.
Chill.
