Molded Raspberry Salad
Molded Raspberry Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 3 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jell-o, 3 c. hot water, 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen raspberries, 1 small can (flat type) crushed pineapple (do not drain) and 1 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Add raspberries and pineapple. Pour half of mixture in mold.
Freeze until firm.
Spread sour cream on first layer, then add rest of mixture on top of sour cream layer.
Put in refrigerator until firm.
Serves 12.
