Molded Cranberry Relish
Molded Cranberry Relish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry or raspberry jell-o, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cranberry orange relish, 1 can (8 3/4 oz.) crushed pineapple (in its own juice) and 1 tart apple, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Pour boiling water over gelatin in bowl and stir until dissolved.
Add relish, pineapple (with syrup), apple, celery and nuts.
Stir until relish is thawed.
Pour into 4 cup mold or 6 to 8 individual molds.
Chill overnight or until firm.
Serves 6 to 8.
