Molded Apricot Jello Salad
Molded Apricot Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin, 2 c. apricot juice, 2 c. chopped canned apricots, 2 c. miniature marshmallows and 1/2 pt. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling juice and add apricots and remaining cup of juice.
Heat to almost boiling; pour into 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Immediately cover with marshmallows; chill. Top with sweetened whipped cream and sprinkle with the cheese at least 1 to 2 hours before serving.
