Molasses Sugar Cookies
Molasses Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. shortening, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. molasses, 2 eggs and 4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt shortening in 3 to 4 quart saucepan over low heat.
Cool. Add sugar, molasses and eggs.
Beat well.
Add sifted dry ingredients.
Mix well and chill.
Form into small balls and roll in sugar.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 minutes.
