Molasses Rolled Cookies
Molasses Rolled Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. molasses, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. shortening, 2 tsp. baking soda in 1 c. hot water and 2 tsp. ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix molasses, sugar and shortening together.
Dissolve baking soda in water.
Mix together with molasses mixture.
Add ginger, cinnamon and salt.
Add flour and let set 1 hour.
Roll out; cut out.
Sprinkle with sugar and bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
Use cookie cutter for different holidays such as Christmas trees for Christmas, etc.
