Molasses Crinkle Cookies
Molasses Crinkle Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. shortening, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. brer rabbit (green label) molasses, 1 egg and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt shortening in a 3 or 4-quart saucepan over low heat. Cool.
Add sugar, molasses and egg and beat well.
Sift together rest of dry ingredients.
Add to first mixture.
Mix well.
Chill. Form into 1-inch balls.
Roll in sugar and place on greased cookie sheets 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
