Molasses Cookies
Molasses Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. oleo, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. molasses, 1 egg and 2 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt oleo over low heat.
Let cool and add sugar, molasses and egg.
Sift flour, soda, spices and salt and add to first mixture.
Form into balls.
Roll in sugar.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375Β°.
