Molasses Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. oil, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1/4 c. molasses and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix oil and sugar.
Add egg and beat well.
Stir in molasses. Sift dry ingredients together and add.
Shape into balls and roll in about 1/2 cup sugar.
