Molasses Cookies
Molasses Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. molasses, 1 c. shortening, 4 tbsp. milk, 2 tsp. soda dissolved in milk and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix molasses and shortening.
Put on stove and just bring to a boil, then cool.
Add rest of ingredients except 4 1/2 cups of flour.
Blend, then add flour.
Roll out on board and cut.
Bake at 350Β° about 10 to 12 minutes.
