Molasses Cookies
Molasses Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. oleo, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 c. molasses and 4 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix together and cream the oleo and sugar.
Add eggs and molasses.
Mix together and add the rest.
Roll into small balls, about 3/4-inch.
Roll balls in sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet, spaced well apart.
Bake at 350Β° for about 8 minutes. Makes about 120 cookies.
