Molasses Cookies
Molasses Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. molasses (light or medium), 1 c. sugar, 3/4 c. crisco, melted and cooled, 1 egg and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt Crisco and let it cool.
Mix Crisco, sugar, molasses and egg.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Chill for one hour then make 1-inch balls.
Roll the 1-inch balls in sugar and bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
