Place the onion soup mix and the bread crumbs in a large plastic food bag and shake.
Brush the chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.
Place the chicken, one piece at a time, in the bag. Close tightly and shake.
Place chicken on a rack in the broiler pan. Bake at 400Β° for 40 minutes.
