Sift flour, cinnamon, soda and salt together.
In a large bowl, beat eggs.
Add sugar and beat well. Add pineapple, carrots, oil and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add nuts. Bake in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 350Β° approximately 1 hour or until done tested with a dry toothpick.
