In large pot or skillet, melt butter or margarine over medium heat.
Add celery and onion; cook until tender (about 10 minutes). Stir in bread crumbs, seasonings and eggs.
This will stuff a 10 to 12-pound turkey or can be baked in a casserole dish along with turkey at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
