In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In small saucepan, combine sugar, butter and water.
Bring just to a boil; remove from heat.
Add 1 cup mint morsels and vanilla, stirring until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth.
Transfer mixture to large mixer bowl.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg.
Stir in flour mixture.
Spread in greased 9-inch square baking pan.
Bake 25 to 35 minutes just until center is set.
Cool completely.
