Mock Salmon
Mock Salmon is an easy dinner. Made with northern (fish), 3 1/2 tbsp. salad oil, 10 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar, 3 1/2 tbsp. salt and 10 1/2 tbsp. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Fillet fish; wash and dry, cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces.
Combine other ingredients and mix well and add to each quart jar, put all in jars.
Pressure at 15 pounds for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Makes approximately 7 quarts.
