Mock Pecan Pie
Mock Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. grapenut cereal, 1/2 c. warm water, 3 well-beaten eggs, 1 c. dark syrup and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine cereal and water (let stand until water is absorbed). Blend eggs and sugar.
Add syrup, butter, vanilla and salt; mix in cereal.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes or until filling is puffed up across top of pie.
