Mock Oyster Dip
Mock Oyster Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick margarine, 1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, drained well, 1 large can mushrooms, drained, tabasco to taste and 1 can campbell's cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute chopped onion and green onions in margarine until clear. Add soup and cheese.
Cook on low heat until cheese is melted. Add broccoli and mushrooms.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add Tabasco and salt to taste.
Serve with Melba toast or crackers.
