Mock Lemon Meringue Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. duncan hines ii lemon supreme cake mix, 2 c. prepared lemon pudding and pie filling and 1 container (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed (cool whip), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bake cake as directed on package.
Bake in a 10-inch tube pan. Cool and cut into three layers. Stir pudding and pie filling until smooth.
Spread 1/3 of filling between each layer and on top of cake.
