Mock Lasagna
Mock Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (15 oz.) cans beef ravioli, 1 beaten egg, 1 c. cottage cheese, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp. parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
In a baking pan spread 1 can ravioli.
In small bowl combine egg, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Spoon over ravioli.
Top with half the cheese slices.
Spoon remaining ravioli over cheese layer.
Bake uncovered in a 375Β° oven for 25 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese slices.
Bake until cheese melts.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
