Mock Filet Mignon
Mock Filet Mignon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean), 2 c. cooked rice, 1 c. minced onion, 1 tsp. minced garlic and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven
Combine ground beef with rice and garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Blend well. Shape into 6 to 8 round patties (if 6 patties, will be about 1-inch thick).
Wrap a strip of bacon around each patty and fasten toothpick.
In ungreased shallow pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until bacon is cooked and beef patties are done as desired.
Remove picks before serving.
