Mock Cheese Blintzes
Mock Cheese Blintzes is an moderately easy dinner. Cut crusts off bread.
With rolling pin, roll out very thin. Whip with mixer cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and egg yolks until smooth.
Spread cream cheese mixture on bread.
Gently roll up like a jelly roll.
Melt butter.
Mix 1 cup sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg together in small mixing bowl.
Dip rolled breads into melted butter.
Roll in cinnamon mixture.
Place in 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
Place in freezer for at least 4 hours.
Take out of freezer 1/2 hour before baking.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 minutes.
