Mock Boursin
Mock Boursin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 clove garlic, crushed, 1 tsp. caraway seed, 1 tsp. basil and 1 tsp. dill weed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Unwrap cream cheese and place in a glass mixing bowl. Microwave, uncovered, about 1 1/2 minutes on 50% power (Medium) or until softened but not melted.
Blend in garlic, caraway seed, basil, dill and chives.
Pat into a round cake, about 1 1/2-inches high.
Roll generously on all sides in lemon pepper.
Refrigerate. Best made a few days ahead so that flavors blend.
Serve with assorted crackers.
