Mock Apple Pie
Mock Apple Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pie crusts, 2 c. water, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. cream of tartar and 20 ritz crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bring first 3 ingredients to boil.
Add crackers; boil 2 minutes.
Do not stir.
Pour into pie crust; dot with butter. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
Put on top crust.
Punch holes in crust with fork.
Bake at 425Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
