Mocha Walnut Pudding Cake
Mocha Walnut Pudding Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cocoa (unsweetened), 2 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. instant coffee, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Sift first 7 ingredients together into a medium bowl.
Stir in walnuts.
In another bowl combine milk, butter, vanilla and rum.
Combine with flour mixture and mix until smooth.
Spread into an 8-inch square baking dish.
Mix next 3 ingredients together and sprinkle over top of batter mixture. Pour hot water over the top.
Do not mix.*
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
Cool at least one hour.
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
