Mocha Buttercream Frosting
Mocha Buttercream Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 sq. unsweetened baking chocolate, 1 c. butter, softened, 2 tbsp. crisco, 1 lb. confectioners sugar and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt and cool chocolate.
Then cream with butter and Crisco. Then add 1/2 of sugar and mix in.
Add egg, vanilla and coffee dissolved in hot water, and mix in.
Then add the rest of the sugar and beat until very smooth and fluffy; several minutes. Frost cake and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
