Mmmpossible Cheeseburger Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 3/4 c. bisquick baking mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease a pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inch.
Cook and stir beef and onion in a 10-inch skillet until beef is brown; drain.
Stir in salt and pepper; spread in plate.
Combine Bisquick, milk and eggs with a wire whisk or handbeater until almost smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour into plate.
Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese.
Bake until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, 5 to 8 minutes.
Garnish with lettuce. Serves 8.
