Mizpah Moravian Chicken Pie
Mizpah Moravian Chicken Pie is an easy dinner. Made with pie shells (for 2 pies with tops), 1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken plus broth, butter and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Stew chicken until tender.
Skin and debone.
In pie crusts, put 3 cups of chicken and enough broth (about 3/4 cup).
Over the top of the chicken and broth, add several small pats of butter. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add tops and seal.
Bake in preheated oven at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until brown.
