Mixed Vegetables Eggrolls
Mixed Vegetables Eggrolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. carrots, shredded, 1 c. cabbage, cut in 1/2-inch squares, 1 c. celery, 3 cloves garlic, crushed and 2 lb. ground beef or pork, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown garlic in hot oil; add onion.
Saute until transparent. Add ground pork or beef.
Season with soy sauce, pepper, salt and monosodium glutamate (if desired).
Stir until meat is tender. Add first 5 ingredients; keep on stirring until vegetables are tender but firm.
Remove from fire.
Drain remaining broth.
Let cool and set aside.
