Mixed Vegetable Casserole
Mixed Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen baby limas, 1 pkg. green peas, 1 pkg. frozen french-style green beans, 1 tsp. prepared mustard and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cook each vegetable separately and season to taste. Drain.
Mix all three with with mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onions, lemon juice, water chestnuts (sliced) and 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise.
Put all in casserole dish and cover with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° until bread crumbs are brown and mixture gets real hot through.
