Mixed Vegetable Casserole
Mixed Vegetable Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans mixed vegetables (veg-all), 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped onion, 3/4 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Crush 1 1/2 cups Ritz crackers and mix with 1 stick of melted margarine. Use half of crackers bottom of casserole.
Saute onions and celery in tablespoon of the melted margarine. Mix ingredients well pour into casserole.
Top with remaining cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° about 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
