Mixed Vegetable Casserole
Mixed Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. mixed vegetables, 8 oz. sour cream, 1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. grated cheese and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook vegetables according to directions on package.
Drain and mix with all other ingredients, except crackers and margarine. Crumble crackers.
Melt butter and mix with crackers. Pour vegetables into casserole dish.
