Mixed Vegetable Casserole
Mixed Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed, 2 tbsp. margarine and 35 ritz crackers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook and drain vegetables as directed on packages.
Add cheese, margarine and mix until cheese is melted.
Place in 2-quart oblong casserole.
Melt 1 stick margarine.
Add cracker crumbs and stir until coated.
Spread over top of vegetable mixture.
Bake 30 minutes in 350Β° oven.
(Broccoli or Brussels sprouts may be substituted for cauliflower.)
May be made day before and refrigerated before baking.
