Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In separate bowl, mix milk, egg, molasses and oil.
Add liquid ingredients to dry and mix only until dry ingredients are moistened (the mixture should be lumpy).

Fill each 3/4 full.
Bake at 425Β° for 15 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
