Mixed Fruit Smoothies
Mixed Fruit Smoothies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 bananas, chilled and cut up, 2/3 c. strawberries or mango slices, 1 1/2 c. grape juice or mango, apricot or other fruit nectar, chilled, 1 (8 oz.) carton plain fat-free yogurt and 1 tbsp. honey (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a blender container, cut up bananas, strawberries, grape juice, yogurt and if desired, honey.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into 6 chilled glasses.
If desired, garnish with additional strawberries and mango slices.
