Missouri Casserole
Missouri Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck (raw), 2 medium onions, sliced thin, potatoes, sliced to fill a 1 1/2-quart casserole, 1 1/2 cans tomato soup and 1 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Grease casserole dish.
Put one layer of potatoes to cover bottom of casserole.
Add 1/3 of sliced onions, then a layer of ground chuck.
Continue with two more layers; cover the top with tomato soup with 1 teaspoon sugar added.
A small amount of water may be added to rinse soup cans.
Cover and bake in 325° oven 1 3/4 hours or in 350° oven about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours until potatoes are done.
