Mississippi Roasted Squirrel

Wash squirrels thoroughly; dry.
Cover with cooking oil mixed with lemon juice.
Let stand 1 hour.
Combine crumbs with just enough milk to moisten along with all other ingredients, except bacon fat.
Stuff the squirrels.
Place in roaster; brush on bacon fat.
Roast, uncovered, at 325Β° for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours, basting about every 15 minutes with drippings.
