Mississippi Mud Pie
Mississippi Mud Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1 (12 oz.) container cool whip and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream butter, flour and pecans (save some pecans for topping). Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes; let cool.
Mix cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and 1 cup 10x sugar. Spread over crust.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Make 2 packages chocolate pudding using 3 cups of milk.
Spread over cream cheese. Spread with remaining Cool Whip.
Top with pecans and coconut.
Refrigerate 1 day before serving.
