Mississippi Mud Cake
Mississippi Mud Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa, heaped, 2 sticks oleo, 4 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cream sugar, cocoa and oleo.
Add slightly beaten eggs and vanilla.
Beat well.
Add flour, coconut and nuts.
Beat 2 minutes.
Pour in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 35 minutes.
When cake is done and still hot, spread one 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream over top of cake.
When cake is cold, frost with chocolate frosting.
Keep cake in a cool place.
