Mississippi Mud Cake
Mississippi Mud Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. margarine and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl.
Bring margarine, water and cocoa to boil.
Combine eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla. Add boiled mixture to egg mixture.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured 12 x 18-inch pan.
I use electric beaters on low speed to blend in all ingredients together.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
