Mississippi Mud Cake
Mississippi Mud Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 1/2 c. cocoa, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, slightly beaten and 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt butter and cocoa together.
Remove from heat and stir in sugar and eggs.
Mix well and add flour, salt, nuts and vanilla. Mix well and spoon batter into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Sprinkle marshmallows on top of hot cake and let stand for 15 minutes.
