Sift flour and sugar together.
Boil in saucepan the butter, cocoa and water.
Remove from heat and pour over flour.
Beat and mix well.
Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
Bake in ungreased 10 x 15 pan at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes, until center springs back when touched.
